1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Spot On Dog Training, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Tina Gay. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service (including but not limited to private sessions, day training, board & train, packages, or consultations), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not book or participate in any services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional dog training services using positive reinforcement and force-free methods. Services are delivered by Tina Gay. No specific results, outcomes, or timelines are guaranteed. Training success depends on your consistent application of recommended techniques.

3. Booking, Payment & Fees

• All bookings require payment in full (or non-refundable deposit for board & train) at time of scheduling via cash, check (in advance), PayPal, or credit/debit card through PayPal.
• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Deposits for board & train are non-refundable upon confirmation of booking.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice for single sessions) result in full forfeiture of the session fee with no credit or refund.
• We reserve the right to charge a late fee or refuse future bookings for repeated non-payment or late cancellations.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Single sessions or packages not yet started: Full refund if canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund or credit; session fee is forfeited.
• Board & train: 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Balance due on drop-off. No refunds after program begins.
• We may cancel or reschedule services without liability if unsafe conditions exist (e.g., aggressive behavior toward trainer or others).

5. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spot On Dog Training, LLC, Tina Gay, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, or expense (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from or related to the services provided, including but not limited to your dog’s behavior, interactions with other animals or persons, or any veterinary or other costs incurred.

You release and hold harmless Spot On Dog Training, LLC and Tina Gay from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the services. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims brought by third parties related to your dog.

6. Emergency Veterinary Authorization

In the event of injury or illness to your dog during services, you authorize Tina Gay to seek immediate veterinary care from a licensed veterinarian of her choosing. You agree to be solely responsible for all costs associated with such care.

7. Training Methods & No Guarantees

All training uses positive reinforcement and humane, force-free techniques. We do not use or recommend prong collars, shock collars, choke chains, or any punishment-based tools. No specific results, timelines, or behavioral outcomes are guaranteed. Success depends on your consistent implementation of recommended methods.

8. Refusal or Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the environment is unsafe, your dog poses a risk to Tina Gay or others, or you fail to comply with these terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wilson County, North Carolina.
